CO-CURRICULAR RECORD (CCR)
WHAT IS CCR
“The Co-Curricular Record is an official institutional document that recognizes your involvement outside the classroom, as a significant part of your UofT experience.
The CCR is designed to help students find opportunities at UofT using a centralized directory of paid and unpaid opportunities. The CCR framework helps to connect involvement to skills, and the record captures experiences and skills. The CCR program is available for all degree-seeking students, undergraduate and graduate included, across the three campuses.”
HOW DO I GET CCR?
CCR with TMUG is easy! All we ask is that you attend 6 eligible events hosted by TMUG. Your General Membership card will have stamps on the back to mark each CCR eligible event you attended with us!
If you have met the requirements by the end of the year, you will receive a certificate of mental health advocacy!
WHAT IS A TMUG ELIGIBLE EVENT?
TMUG hosts 3 types of public events: Share Circles, General Events, and Destressors. Share Circles and General Events are eligible to be counted towards your CCR completion. Destressors are not.
Additionally, General Member exclusive events are also eligible for the CCR requirements.

EXCLUSIVE EVENTS AND MEMBERSHIP SPACES
TMUG events will most likely be taking place on the same day of the week. This makes it difficult for students to meet their 6 required attendances for CCR if they have classes during that time. To accommodate, TMUG will host monthly events exclusive to our General Members on another day of the week.
These exclusive socials will be more rich in content and materials, such as better snacks or guest speakers for mental health careers!
When the room is not in use, the space is open for General Members to use as a study space.
The dates and topics of these socials are still waiting approval. They will be announced as soon as room booking is approved.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Becoming a General Member is easy! You can pay by cash the next time you attend our events or tabling sessions, or you can pay anytime by E-Transfer. There is also a form you must fill out so we have your information required for CCR.
If you pay by cash: you will fill the form at the moment you are paying. Once an Executive member has confirmed that you have filled the form and paid, you will receive your General Membership Card.
If you pay by E-Transfer: you can pay at anytime and fill the form immediately after. The form will ask you for a reference number. This number is found the confirmation email you receive after sending the money. The number will always start with "CA".
